Our sales department processes requests for groups of 8 people or more. If your group comprises between 1 and 7 people, please use our website’s booking engine.
A deposit of 50% of the booking price is to be paid upon booking and the balance 15 days before the check-in date.
Payment may be made by bank transfer. We also offer a separate payment option, enabling each group member to pay their share by. credit/debit card online before they arrive.
Yes, it’s possible to change or cancel a group booking. The terms and conditions vary depending on the group type/group size/length of stay/dates of stay. Our sales team is here to explain the terms and conditions that will apply to your group.
The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before you arrive.
No. Unless you advise otherwise, your group will have dormitories that are reserved exclusively for their use.
